    Hi,

I am hoping to get suggestions on how other in-plants advertise that their company/district supplied the printed materials for an outside company. We have recently started taking on revenue generating orders for local nonprofit organizations.  They have given me a page to showcase our print shop and I have no clue what to say. Anyone have any suggestions? Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would utilize the page as an advertisement for your capabilities, i.e. highlight all of the kinds of projects you can produce. From a reader's (prospective buyer's) perspective, I'm sure it's of little concern to them where you are producing their print service needs, just that you complete their print job to their satisfaction. If in fact you offer more highly competitive pricing because you are an in-plant, then spell that out for the reader, as I'm sure it is not a commonly know fact about doing business with an in-plant.

If alternately, you're not sure what in particular to advertise about your in-plant, we can talk one-on-one. You have my email.

Some districts I have worked with promote their products/services such as flyers, brochures, posters, design, layout, etc.
Also mentioning their finishing abilities, hours of operation, contact information, and site link.
Let the reader know yours is a full-service facility, within your production abilities, and the value your shop can bring to them.
You may want to avoid the term "in-plant" and stick with a print shop or print services.  A potential customer might not know what an "in-plant" refers to.

Here are two examples I hope may help you.

Thank you Heather and Bob for your recommendations!   Also the two flyers are great, we will definitely have to put something together like these to showcase our services.
